MTC Motorsport Ford Fiesta ST ST180 MK7 Ecoboost Front Mount Intercooler

• We have engineered these intercoolers using the same core as the COBB Fiesta ST intercooler from the USA and cast ends welded on here in the UK.
• The MTC intercooler features a massive 76mm 3" core intercooler with flowed cast end tanks and increased surface area.
• Our intercooler is proven to handle over 300bhp as we have many few customers running around this power now.

We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.

During testing, the standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 140-150 degrees every time through 3 runs.

At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temps were between 85-100 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were in the 30's over all 3 runs.

The intercooler is a direct fit and there are some great videos on YouTube to follow. However, professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 1-2 hours. To fit you will have to modify the front plastic undertray as the intercooler core is slightly too large.

We would go as far as to say this is the best intercooler on the market for these models.
