MTC Motorsport BMW 535D and 635D Silicone Intercooler Boost Hose for the E60 E61 E63 E64 Series. 

Please note this will only fit the LCI models.

A common problem on the E Series is the intercooler boost hose failing as the standard hose is unable to withstand the high pressures.

  • Designed to tolerate extremely high pressure using 5 layers of silicone and metal rings to ensure that the hose won’t expand under boost.
  • This hose will solve both an oil leak and a boost leak.
  • Our hoses are also fluoro lined to prevent discolouration.

Included in the kit:

  • Silicone hose
  • x1 machined aluminium end made to fit the intercooler
  • Jubilee clips
