MTC Motorsport BMW N55 Gen 3 135i 235i 335i 435i Front Mount Intercooler, also fits many other models.

This Intercooler is differs slightly from our other options in that it is the biggest we offer. 

The IAT compared to the standard intercooler will be massively reduced which means you get consistent increased performance.
  • The MTC intercooler features a massive bar and plate core with flowed cast end tanks this increase the surface area
  • We have added a fin to the inside of the casting on the intake side to direct some of the airflow up through the top extra cores
  • This intercooler weighs around 12kg and provides over 150% more volume and over 100% more surface area than the standard intercooler
  • It is proven to handle 700bhp
  • Dimensions are 520mm X 215mm X 135mm which is a massive increase on the standard intercooler. For reference this intercooler is the exact same dimensions as the Wagner Evo 3 intercooler
  • Finished powder coated in satin black

The intercooler is a direct fit to the standard mounts but it is very heavy so we would recommend making some extra mounts to keep it secure which are easy to make.
