MTC Motorsport Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S Gen 1 Intercooler Kit & Hoses
Our Gen 1 Intercooler Kit with Bar and Plate core and aluminium cast end tanks which are designed for maximum airflow and minimal back pressure, providing superior cooling and increased performance. Easy to install, it mounts directly in place of the original intercooler & with new crash bar. This is perfect for high powered builds and has been pressure tested to 4 bar. We have a couple of cars running 650bhp with great intake temperatures. This will fit to models with active cruise.
- We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks, the same as we use on all of our other intercoolers
- We have designed the end tanks to provide a perfect fitment
- The intercooler is plug and play and is ready to be fitted to the car with no cutting or modifying required
- The quality and finish of these is second to none and they are all individually pressure tested and powder coated black
It will fit the following models:
- Audi RS3 8V Sportback 270KW/367PS 04/2015–04/2016
- Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS 08/2017+
- Audi TTRS 8S 294KW/400PS 11/2016+
Please note on some models the hoses are slightly too long and will need trimming down with a sharp stanley blade to the correct length.
