MTC Motorsport S58 G Chassis M2, M3 and M4 Charge Cooler.

These are designed to fit the S58 engine perfectly with direct bolt on fit and all the standard connections fit perfect.

The standard charge cooler is known for the end tanks splitting, boost leaks at higher pressures and really bad heat soak when the car is being used hard (driven on track)

We use a 5” bar and plate core with our charge cooler which is over 60% bigger than the stock unit and the intake temperatures are down from the standard 35 degrees C to 26 degrees C which will make a massive difference in consistent power.

We also include a custom fuel rail to mount bigger injectors which could be Injector Dynamics ID1050x-34-14 or Bosch EV14 fuel injectors. This doesn’t have to be used.

• The charge cooler has been designed to reduce charge temperatures and ensure they remain consistently low by resisting heat-soak, whilst retaining the OEM location.
• This design gives far more volume over the standard cooler on these cars and is great for keeping the intake temperatures down, especially on some of the tuned stage 2 cars that will be running quite hot compared to standard.
• Finished powder coated in black.
• Direct replacement for the standard manifold and charge cooler.

The charge cooler is now a popular option on the newer turbocharged cars and is a fantastic way of keeping the

air cool very efficiently.
