MTC Motorsport Mini Cooper D SD F54 F55 F56 Front Mount Intercooler with Tube and Fin Core.
The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of between 95-105 degrees through 5 runs on the road.
At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temps were around 50-55 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were between 20-22 degrees over all 5 runs.
This testing was done on the petrol Mini Cooper S. On the diesel I imagine the results will be even better.
