The MTC Motorsport M133 AMG Chargecooler helps optimise the performance on your A45 2.0L turbocharged engine. It ensures maximum power output under driving conditions by enhancing the function of the air-to-water heat exchanger and chargecooler system. With improved efficiency and reduced intake air charge temperatures, the AMG chargecooler helps you enjoy an elevated driving experience. While the OEM system may be sufficient for a stock vehicle under ideal conditions, it can quickly become ineffective when dealing with additional heat from increased horsepower levels.
Through our testing, we found the factory chargecooler can also fail, internally. This failure allows for the air and water sides of the chargecooler to mix. This mixture inside the factory chargecooler can potentially damage your M133 engine.
